How Bell became a partner for cleaning brands

Australian-based private label and contract manufacturing built around quality, compliance, and long-term partnership.

Bell started as a manufacturing business producing cleaning products to specification.
Today, Bell works as a
manufacturing partner.

// WHat we do

Private label and contract manufacturing, supported throughout.

We help cleaning and hygiene brands move from concept to consistent production. Our role is to guide development, manage compliance, and deliver manufacturing that’s built to perform at scale.

  • Product Development

We develop and refine formulations based on real-world performance, stability testing and regulatory requirements. Every product is carefully evaluated to ensure it performs as intended and is ready for commercial production.

From concept through validation, development is structured and controlled.

  • Quality & Compliance

Our processes are governed by certified quality systems, including ISO 9001 and HACCP frameworks. We manage documentation, traceability and regulatory requirements to ensure every batch meets recognised standards.

Compliance is built into our workflow, not added at the end.

  • Manufacturing & Packaging

We manufacture at our Australian facility using controlled processes designed for consistency and reliability. We monitor at every stage, from raw material sourcing to filling and packaging to maintain quality.

As demand grows, production scales without compromising standards.

You’ll work with a hands-on team who value clear communication and practical guidance. We take the time to understand your requirements, set realistic expectations, and keep you informed throughout the process.

  • Who will be my main point of contact?

Stacey Anderson, our General Manager, will be your primary point of contact. Stacey oversees each project to ensure clear communication, accountability and consistent standards from development through to production.

  • How do you manage timelines and expectations?

We establish clear timelines at the beginning of each project and outline key milestones along the way.

Our ISO-certified management systems ensure projects are documented, monitored and reviewed carefully. If circumstances change, we communicate early and adjust transparently.

  • Can you support both new products and existing formulations?

Yes. We develop new products from concept through to production, and we also manufacture and refine existing formulations. Our processes are supported by HACCP and CODEX food safety systems, ensuring compliance and control throughout development and manufacturing.

  • Do you support ongoing production after launch?

Yes. We provide ongoing manufacturing support once your product is launched. As demand grows, we scale production while maintaining the quality and environmental standards aligned with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications.

We are also members of Sedex and APCO, reinforcing our commitment to ethical sourcing and responsible packaging practices.
