If you are developing a new product or reassessing your current manufacturing partner. We can help you map the right production, compliance and scale pathway from day one.

// frequently asked questions

Can you create custom formulations, or do you only offer private?
We do both. Our team specialises in developing custom formulations tailored to your performance, regulatory, and market requirements, as well as producing proven private label products.
Who will be my main point of contact?
Stacey Anderson, our General Manager, will be your primary point of contact. Stacey oversees each project to ensure clear communication, accountability and consistent standards from development through to production.
How do you manage timelines and expectations?
We establish clear timelines at the beginning of each project and outline key milestones along the way.
Our ISO-certified management systems ensure projects are documented, monitored and reviewed carefully. If circumstances change, we communicate early and adjust transparently.
Can you support both new products and existing formulations?
Yes. We develop new products from concept through to production, and we also manufacture and refine existing formulations. Our processes are supported by HACCP and CODEX food safety systems, ensuring compliance and control throughout development and manufacturing.
Do you support ongoing production after launch?
Yes. We provide ongoing manufacturing support once your product is launched. As demand grows, we scale production while maintaining the quality and environmental standards aligned with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications.
We are also members of Sedex and APCO, reinforcing our commitment to ethical sourcing and responsible packaging practices.
Can I use an AI-generated formula when developing a product?
We appreciate that AI tools have made it easier to explore formulation ideas, and we're happy to discuss any research you bring to us. That said, a formula generated by AI is not something we can simply manufacture, and here's why.
Developing a cleaning or sanitising chemical that performs reliably in the real world requires far more than a list of ingredients. Theoretical formulations suggested by AI models do not consider the availability of raw ingredient supply, the quality of the suggested ingredients, the variability of chemical blends at different scales of manufacturing volume, nor the necessary packaging, regulatory and labelling requirements of finished products.
Furthermore, using AI to formulate products discloses those very formulations to the public domain. While AI is an incredibly useful research tool, for IP protection our chemists and regulatory staff never use AI models to query our own or customer formulations.
